Position: Technical Product Owner Key Responsibilities: Requirement Ownership: Translate high-level business needs into detailed, actionable requirements that drive product development and enhance user experience. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple teams within complex software ecosystems to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Analytical Thinking: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to manage dependencies and navigate architectural complexities. Stakeholder Management: Align technical and business teams while managing competing priorities to ensure project success. Agile & Scrum: Apply hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and iterative development to enhance team productivity. User Story Mapping & Detailing: Create and write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to guide development efforts. User Journeys: Analyze and create user journeys to ensure an optimal product experience for our customers. Communication: Articulate requirements clearly through excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive alignment among stakeholders. Customer Feedback Management: Handle and prioritize customer ideas, feature requests, and defects to continuously improve our products. End-to-End Release Cycle: Understand the entire software release lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-release monitoring. Tools: Utilize tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Confluence, UX design tools, and data visualization tools to manage projects effectively. Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations, particularly in Salesforce, ERP systems, and billing systems. Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role. Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner in a software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs. Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems, billing systems, and services and sales domains is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams Why Join Us?
