Hi all, We are hiring for the role Technical Program Manager Experience: 7+ Year Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days Location: Bangalore Skills: Technical PMO consultant with 7+ years of experience • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Experience : 7+ years in technical project management, with at least 2 years of experience in a PMO or similar technical project management role. Experience managing cloud migrations, data centre projects, or DevOps transformations is highly desirable. • Certifications: Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) and DevOps (e.g., DevOps Foundation) are a plus. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data centre migration processes, and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code). Experience with API design, RESTful services, and cloud risk assessments is essential. • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide leadership across multiple teams. • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and influence decision-making in both technical and non-technical groups. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose solutions that meet business objectives. Desired Skills: • Experience with cloud migration tools (e.g. Azure Migrate). • Expertise in DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform). • In-depth knowledge of REST API management and integration patterns. • Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and risk management in cloud environments. • Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud, DevOps, and data center management.
