Role & responsibilities Plan,schedule, and oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. • Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and progress tracking. • Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage project budgets and timelines. • Utilize your .NET development expertise to guide and mentor the technical team. • Oversee technical designs, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. • Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. • Assist in resolving technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and DevOps engineers. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. • Provide guidance and support for career development and performance evaluations of team members. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Gather and translate business requirementsinto actionable technical plans. • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables. • Drive Agile/Scrum practices within the team to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery. A-89, Sector- 63, Noida-201301, 0120-4223960/61 Website: www.hytechpro.com, Email: askus@hytechpro.com, CIN No: U72300UP2006PTC122101 • Previous hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server. • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus. • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS. • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices. • Proven experience in managing software development projects, ideally with an Agile/Scrum methodology. • Expertise with MS Project as a Project Management tool is required. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. • Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is preferred. • Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development before transitioning to project management.
