Role & responsibilities Job Description Technical Project Manager Purpose: As a Project Manager, you will help in implementing clients business vision and strategy, this position requires big-picture thinking, initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, the capacity to handle internal and external relationships, mitigate risk, the competence to work with senior executives, and excellent soft skills. Key Responsibilities: Successful Project/ delivery management - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction related to implementation, support services and managed services. Manage project initiation, create project plan and track the planned activities. At least one | end-2-end implementation experience in a large/complex project. Preferably Martech Solution - HCL, UNICA, Adobe, Saleforce, Oracle, etc. Liaison with the client key stakeholders, updates on the project status, manage escalations and issues status, drive stakeholders meetings from project/delivery prospective. Resource planning and management/ mentoring of resources who are part of the project/s and ensure a strong bonding among the team is established and a good interpersonal relationship is developed among the team members Develop processes and methods for implementation and managed services to ensure efficiency improvement in the performance of project/delivery management. Collaborate with senior management on client account management, growth and new business opportunity Ensure project cadence and governance are managed well with client and project team. Timely identification of project risks and mitigation plan at various stage of the project Requirement: Should have 6 8 years of hands on experience in project/ delivery management. Should have experience of managing complex, multi technology and application implementation, operations support services and managed services. Hands-on experience with PM tools like JIRA / MS Project Any project management-related certification (PMI -ACP / PMP / Prince 2 / PSM II, etc) is an asset Must be ready to travel on a need basis Preferred candidate profile : At least one | end-2-end implementation experience in a large/complex project.
