Technical Skill Requirements Project Management, Agile, UI / Java development background, E-commerce Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success.Support driving teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.Support leading efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.Provide reporting as necessary on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.Share best practices of modern planning and execution. Required SkillsTPM with 10+ years of experience.Good experience in running Agile projects as a Scrum Master.Working knowledge on eCommerce domain.Strong Java/UI/Micro-services-based project development/delivery experience.Associate must come to one of our office locations.Need immediate joiners, we ll have to close this within a week or two max.
