Job Description

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in LAMP stack of which at least 3 years as a project lead. Must Skill set: PHP, Code Igniter (or any other framework), Angular / React Hands on experience in managing deployments, production systems Experience In DB tuning, Stored Procedures, Performance improvement Problem solving skills Good communication skills and experience of communicating with US customers. Must have handled a team of at least 5+ members. Must be willing to get hands-on if situation demands Experience in Software Effort estimation and project planning (prepare Gantt Chart). Desirable skill set Experience in Drupal / WordPress or any other CMS Elastic Search or Open Search Experience in working with Node Experience in managing the Cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS) Experience in Deployment / Pipeline workflow management Project management using Azure Devops or any other equivalent tool Experience of out-sourcing the project to third party and get the work done (on need basis) Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the work allocation and timely completion of project Responsible for the quality of the deliverables. Responsible for tracking the profitability of the project Will have a top line and bottom line target and also on customer complaints Need to attend calls with customers for discussing status, issues etc
