Job Description

Exp- 7+yrs Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, scope, and timelines are met. Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings . Utilize Jira for sprint tracking, issue management, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders. Manage resource allocation, task delegation, and risk mitigation strategies. Drive and manage cloud migration projects ensuring minimal downtime and performance continuity. Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management , preferably in a tech or software development environment. Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks . Proficient in Jira and other project management tools. Experience leading retrospective meetings and driving actionable outcomes. Hands-on experience managing cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage 12+ team members effectively.
