We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Monitor project progress, identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports. 2. Team Leadership and Collaboration: - Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. - Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure effective utilization of resources to meet project objectives. - Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development. - Foster effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders. 3. Stakeholder Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. - Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Address stakeholder concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally, seeking win-win solutions whenever possible. - Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Risk and Change Management: - Identify and assess project risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. - Implement effective change management processes to accommodate project scope changes or requirements. - Facilitate decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders. - Monitor and control project scope, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon requirements. 5. Quality Assurance and Delivery: - Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of project outputs, identifying and addressing any defects or issues. - Coordinate project delivery and deployment activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Minimum experience required is 15 years in the software industry; MS.Net/ MS CRM background is a must - Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering complex software or technology projects on time and within budget. - Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and technologies. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Solid understanding of project management principles, including project planning, risk management, and change management. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions. - PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a Must.
