Now, we’re charging ahead, focused on sustainable growth and scaling impact. And this is just the beginning! What will be your responsibilities? Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple product teams. Define goals, deliverables, and schedules for managing multiple medium to high-complexity projects within a program. Create an accountability matrix for your projects. Assess and identify resources required for successful program completion. Identify potential risks for the successful completion of your projects. Monitor the program progress against timelines and approved milestones. Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review progress and risks. Comprehend the financial plan for multiple project implementation. Identify internal stakeholders for their own area of work and engage periodically. Build strong relationships within the immediate working group. Communicate clearly and concisely in one-to-one/stakeholder meetings involving one or two teams. Demonstrate working knowledge of products and services. What’s required from you? 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the drive to deliver exceptional results. What makes us different?
