Overview of the position: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience managing projects with geographically distributed teams working on several different time zones. Responsibility: Hands-on customization for JIRA and related workflows Participate/plan Agile/Scrum ceremonies Roadmaps, estimations, and planning for technical projects Participate in requirements gathering and working with technical leads to produce required documentation related to TRD/PRD Coordinate releases and other related activities such as UAT etc. Skill set: 8+ years of total experience with minimum 5 years of experience in managing technical projects Hands-on experience with various mid to advanced-level JIRA customization Previous experience with various forms of roadmap preparations Process-driven individual with strong documentation and communication skills Previous agile coaching experience is a plus Education Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus Why Masscom: Generous paid time off (PTO), vacation, and holidays Permanent Work from Home Flexible working hours Group Health Insurance (Family Floater) 5 days a week
