Location : Bangalore, India Job Type : Contract to Hire (3 months contract initially) Experience : 3-6 years Position Overview: mVerve [ www.mverve.com ] is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 3-6 years of experience to manage multiple active projects for different clients. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing 2-3 live IT projects at the same time, with flexibility to handle varying workloads and adjust to different working hours to cater to US/ European Clients. The individual must thrive in a dynamic environment, handle work pressure, and deliver exceptional results on time. Key Responsibilities: Multiple Project Management : Lead and manage 2-3 concurrent client Software Development projects, ensuring all are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing resources across multiple teams. Workload Management : Handle multiple projects with a high workload and tight deadlines, be flexible with working hours and be available for urgent project-related tasks and client meetings. Requirements Gathering : Work with clients to document business and technical requirements, creating user stories and functional specifications. Project Documentation : Maintain project documentation, such as project plans, meeting minutes, and client communications. Generate regular progress reports for internal and client review. Customer Interaction : Act as the primary point of contact for mVerves customers, managing expectations, gathering requirements, and ensuring project deliverables align with client objectives. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure successful execution of projects and resolve any roadblocks that may arise. Quality Assurance : Ensure that projects are delivered with high-quality standards, addressing any quality concerns and feedback from clients or internal teams. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 3-6 years of technical project management experience in a service-based IT company with a proven track record of managing and delivering several active client Software Development projects. Technical Understanding : Strong technical background with a basic understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and technical solutions. Business Analysis : Skilled in gathering requirements and mapping business processes. Tools : Experience with project management tools. Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and foster positive relationships. Adaptability : Ability to adjust to changing work hours and ability to manage multiple projects with high work pressure without compromising quality. Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle challenges, risks, and issues in a timely manner. Team Leadership : Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to motivate and drive teams toward achieving goals.
