Role & responsibilities Complete ownership of IT projects delivery to business. To work with CXOs and their senior team members to understand the requirements, come up with functional and technical solutions, together with the IT Business Solutions Lead and Technology Lead and ensure comprehensive requirements document is provided and signed-off. To rally people from various teams within and outside IT organization (developers, functional analysts, testing, infrastructure, development vendors, partner banks and service providers, business teams) to align and deliver the projects. To review the technical solutions provided by the tech leads and developers and ensure it conforms to the overall architectural principles. Skill / Ability Requirements Technical Project Management experience, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries should have prior experience in the technology as a developer. Strong communicator, collaborator and extremely good articulator Bias towards action with complete ownership of projects taken up Domain knowledge in Retail Lending would be preferable Ability to lead and influence the teams Bachelors degree in engineering
