Role & responsibilities: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, including defining the long-term strategy and roadmap. Critically understand the market and project user needs. Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Innovation, Operations, and Support teams to ensure alignment of project strategy. Manage financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue forecasts. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Establish exceptionally close relationships with end users to understand needs and gather feedback. Assist the development team. Work closely with the business analysis team and SMEs, providing clear direction and maintaining alignment with the core product strategy. Work with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and enhance the product based on end-user experience. Ensure that the product is scalable, maintainable, and meets leading practices for security, performance, and data management. Collaborate, validate, and provide frequent updates to the leadership and internal stakeholders. Support the sales team with the development of pilots and product pitches. Collaborate with sales and innovation teams to develop a go-to-market strategy. Must have experience managing AI-based projects/products, ensuring strategic alignment, feasibility, and responsible AI practices. Work closely with data science and engineering teams to define AI/ML requirements, validate models, and ensure seamless integration into the product. Stay updated on emerging AI trends, regulatory frameworks, and ethical considerations to drive innovation while mitigating risks. Preferred candidate profile A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; a management degree will be a big plus Minimum 5+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of proven experience in project management and product strategy development Prior experience in Generative AI-based projects is mandatory, especially in a technology startup or fast-growing technology companies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs and driving product customizations Results-driven with demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration Innovative with a passion for emerging technologies
