Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Noida, India Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with over 3-5 years of experience in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and contract-based hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring the best talent acquisition strategies for IT-based contractual roles. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for C2H and contract-based roles. Sourcing & Screening Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent. Client & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and workforce planning. Technical Evaluation Assess candidates' technical expertise through screening calls and coordination with technical panels. Offer Negotiation Manage salary discussions, benefits, and employment terms while ensuring candidate engagement. Compliance & Documentation Ensure legal and policy compliance for contract-based hires, including agreements and background verification. Market Research Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies for IT contract roles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong focus on C2H and contract-based hiring. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and networking techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs. Strong analytical skills to assess candidates effectively. Why Join Us?
