Technical Recruiter Domestic Hiring (2–4 Years Experience) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time, On-site About Us: We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing and hiring top technical talent within India. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify and engage potential candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2–4 years in technical recruitment, with a proven track record in end-to-end hiring processes. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various technical roles and skill sets, including software development, DevOps, and data engineering. Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Previous experience in recruiting for IT services, product companies, or startups. Certifications: Relevant HR or recruitment certifications. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
