Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify and engage potential candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2–4 years in technical recruitment, with a proven track record in end-to-end hiring processes. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various technical roles and skill sets, including software development, DevOps, and data engineering. Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Previous experience in recruiting for IT services, product companies, or startups. Certifications: Relevant HR or recruitment certifications. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
