Job Title: Technical Recruiter Experience: 3 - 5 years Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles for open positions. Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify top technical talent in a competitive market. Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through to onboarding. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the tech industry to better understand the talent pool and requirements of each role. Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages, work conditions, and provide a smooth transition through the offer process. Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity of hire. Diversity & Inclusion: Drive diversity in hiring by engaging with diverse talent pools and promoting an inclusive recruitment process. Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and in online platforms to establish and promote [Company Name]'s employer brand. Skills & Qualifications: For 3-5 years of experience: Proven experience in recruiting technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, system administrators, etc. Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. . Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Technical certifications are a plus.
