In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.Responsibilities:Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts with respective department leadersDevelop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plansLead employment branding initiativesSource and find candidates qualified for open positions using various sources, like social media networks and employee referral for open positionsConduct recruitment processesEnsure positive candidate experiencesAssist in employee retention and developmentUse metrics to analyze recruitment data and support effective talent acquisition strategies Requirements:Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar rolestrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work sourcing top talent and ensuring that staff members are productive and satisfied.Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKeen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood time-management skills1 + years relevant working experience
