Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sourcing and Talent Identification: Source qualified profiles from various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks). • Resume Screening and Initial Assessment: Screen and shortlist resumes to ensure that at least 70-80% of candidates meet the hiring manager's requirements. • Interview Coordination and Conduct: Track the number of interviews conducted, candidate satisfaction ratings, and feedback from hiring managers. • Offer Negotiation and Closure: Achieve an offer acceptance rate, monitor the number of offers extended and accepted, and track reasons for offer rejections. • Process Efficiency and Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to reduce time-to-hire. Job Specifications • Hands-on experience in IT recruitment: Proven track record of successful recruitment in the IT sector. • Understanding of IT terminology: Familiarity with IT industry terms and concepts. • Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring: Skilled in conducting effective interviews and hiring processes. • Good communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and stakeholders. • Good interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
