As our Technical Recruiter , you'll do more than fill positions; you'll be the architect of a high-performing team. We need a creative strategist who can go beyond conventional hiring practices to identify and attract exceptional talent in the cybersecurity space. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing with Creativity: Explore unconventional platforms, communities, and networks to connect with cybersecurity professionals, including GitHub, Reddit, Discord, hackathons, and niche forums. Partner with universities, bootcamps, and cybersecurity training programs to tap into emerging talent pools. Candidate Engagement: Craft personalized, engaging outreach strategies that resonate with the niche interests and values of cybersecurity professionals. Leverage storytelling to convey the company s vision and the impact candidates will make on global cybersecurity. Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative hiring campaigns, such as "Capture the Talent" challenges inspired by CTF (Capture the Flag) events. Build a diverse pipeline of talent by proactively addressing representation in cybersecurity roles. Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to understand technical requirements and culture fit. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on market trends and competitive hiring practices. Metrics-Driven Success: Use data analytics to track recruitment performance, refine sourcing strategies, and present insights to leadership. Employer Branding: Enhance our presence as a cybersecurity employer of choice by leading unique initiatives like hosting webinars, sponsoring security events, and contributing to industry blogs. Partner with marketing to create compelling career content that showcases our innovative work culture. Qualifications: Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech industry. Deep understanding of cybersecurity roles, skillsets, and industry trends. Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience leveraging non-traditional sourcing methods and tools. Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage and inspire candidates. Passion for technology and a genuine interest in cybersecurity.
