You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for technical roles. Your focus will be on building a strong tech talent pipeline, networking online, and reducing time-to-hire. Achieving daily and monthly targets will be key to your success in this role.
