Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Technical) Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Reports to: Assistant Manager - Operations Position Summary: This role requires a fundamental technical knowledge of the Mechanical / Electrical or Automation industries. The successful applicant will be required to work alongside the Technical Sales, Estimating and Marketing personnel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial. Key Responsibilities: Pre-sales technical support to Clients. Interpreting Engineering Drawings, Specifications & Scope of Work. Assisting the Commercial Department in cost evaluation of aspects of Engineering Systems. Developing knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Systems. Reporting to Senior Staff & Directors. Developing Value Engineering Solutions. Forwarding client requirements for chamber placement to the Design department and getting the layout prepared. Sending filled URS to the Sales Person. Review & ensure all QC documents. Follow-ups calibration certificates as and when required. FAT arrangements & Follow-ups as and when required. Preparing Summary sheet as and when required. To suggest corrective actions as and when required. Key Qualifications: Educational Background: B.E. Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic any. Additional qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Business operations (e.g., MBA) preferred. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales coordination role or experience in sales. Well organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. Excellent communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
