1. Revenue Generation: Achieve a quarterly revenue target of 75 lacs from the EV, PCB, and Fab Lab sectors. Track and report revenue progress to the Sales Manager. 2. Lead Generation: Generate and manage a pipeline of over 150 high-quality leads per quarter. Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into clients. 3. Conversion Optimization: Maintain a conversion rate of at least 25% on leads generated. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to improve conversion rates. 4. Profit Enhancement: Ensure an average profit margin of 25% on all projects. Analyze project profitability and implement measures to enhance profit margins. 5. Market Expansion: Identify and secure at least one new distributorship or business partnership per quarter. Explore and develop new business opportunities within assigned sectors. 6. Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement two new sales and negotiation strategies each quarter. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align sales strategies with company objectives. 7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 8. Operational Excellence: Maintain and update the CRM portal with accurate and timely information. Ensure meticulous documentation of RFQs, quotes, POs, PIs, and invoices. Organize and manage all documentation to facilitate efficient communication and operations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the EV or PCB sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
