Work experience range: 5+ Years in sales Welding/ Robotics & Automation/ Industrial Sales / Material Handling Annual CTC in Rs Lacs Per annum (LPA): Rs 5.76 LPA with Monthly Range CTC of Rs 48 K Per month Role: Sales Engineer Employment type: Full Time-on Roll Educational Qualification: Technical Sales Support: Diploma / B.E. (mechanical/ electrical) Experience: 5+ Years in sales of Capital Equipment/ Welding/ Robotics & Automation/ Industrial Sales / Material Handling Key Skills: · Minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales of industrial products such as such as automobile/ auto components/automation products/tools /industrial products, welding products, lifting solutions etc. · Knowledge of basics of sales cycle like marketing, reaching to clients, sending proposals, negotiations, converting proposal to order and managing delivery of product, supervising the training and installation of the product · 5+ years of sales experience: Welding / Material Handling / Capital Goods · strong technical capability to understand product and provide right solutions to customer · Proven track record in handling high-value sales (high ticket size deals). · Expertise in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation. · Strong negotiation and closing skills with decision-makers. Major responsibilities: · Drive high-ticket sales in capital equipment, automation solutions. · ⁠Identify, develop, and convert potential leads into long-term customers. · Cold calling & lead generation to expand market reach. · Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business. · Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations · ⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close high-value deals with decision-makers in various industries · Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and business goals. · Coordinate with customer and site team / production team up till satisfactory delivery of project along with final installations and commissioning · Lead generation and protecting.
