Job Summary:Sakthi Renewable Energy Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical solutions, and supporting clients in the renewable energy sector. This role requires a strong blend of engineering knowledge and sales expertise to promote our products and services effectively. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renewable energy market.Provide technical consultation and solutions to clients regarding solar, wind, and other renewable energy systems.Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective customers.Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Assist in project planning, system design, and product selection based on client requirements.Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance to clients.Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (1-3 years) in technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.Strong understanding of solar PV systems, wind energy, and other renewable energy solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.Experience with CRM software, sales analytics, and technical documentation.Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
