About Subtech: Subtech, a brand under S S Power System, is a premium Indian manufacturer of smart electrical automation products, including motor starters, control panels, and IoT-based devices. We serve both private and government sectors and are now expanding our sales team to scale across India. Role Overview: We’re looking for a tech-aware, field-smart Sales Executive who can pitch our products confidently to dealers, contractors, government departments, and end customers. If you have experience or awareness of GeM portal, electrical automation, or smart control systems, that’s a huge plus. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and close sales for motor control panels and smart products Meet dealers, contractors, and institutions to explain product benefits Conduct field visits, demos, and follow-ups Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel Coordinate with technical team for product queries Explore and respond to opportunities on the GeM portal (if applicable) Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1–3 years of sales or fieldwork experience Must be tech-savvy (comfortable using mobile apps, basic Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp business) Basic knowledge of electrical/electronics products is strongly preferred Experience or awareness of GeM (govt. eMarketplace) will be a huge advantage Fluent in Hindi; basic English writing/reading is a plus Self-driven, street-smart, and trustworthy Show more Show less
