Cyces Innovation Labs LLP is looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Founder and contribute directly to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the Founder to understand sales objectives and strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and understanding their needs. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently. Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, achieving revenue targets and KPIs. Assist in the creation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer service) to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients. Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the Founder and management. Analyze market data and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and client satisfaction. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively and team members. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
