Employment Type: Full time Experience Level (In terms of Years): 0- 2 years Education: Any Graduate Job Location: Godrej Waterside, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata Work Mode: In Office Salary: Rs. 13,000- 19,000 Working Days: Monday to Saturday Shift Timing: 10:00AM- 07:00PM Role & responsibilities: Calling prospective businesses to query about existing IT Platforms and Solutions used by them. Align, pitch and sell the Cloud Solutions and Products offered by our Company. Meeting with prospective Clients using Online Meeting Platform or F2F Office meetings at Clients' Office. Respond to questions, requests and concerns from existing and prospective Clients of the Company as per Company policies and guidelines. Manage Teams and Team Performance including assisting team members in closing Revenue opportunities. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and uphold Company standards. Answer phone calls and record messages and acknowledge all Clients of the Company according to Company standards. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and other electronic and digital media. Preferred candidate profile: Proficiency and prior experience in Sales/Marketing of Cloud Solutions from Google, AWS and Microsoft mandatory. Prior experience in IT Software and Solutions Sales and Marketing preferred. Prior Work Experience in a similar role is mandatory. Prior Work Experience in IT Consulting and Services Organization preferred. Fluency in Written and Spoken English mandatory. Conversational capability in Hindi and Bengali is a plus. Ability to be a team player, manage teams and take feedback positively and in a constructive manner. Ability to ensure Team Performance and Team Target achievements along with individual revenue targets. Ability to self-organize and take-up office work as per Company Policies.
