Candidate should have experience of installation and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipments like dishwashers, ovens, combi ovens and refrigerators in restaurants and hotels. Also, candidate should have experience related to trouble shooting , Repair & Commissioning of Imported Food / Kitchen Equipments. ABOUT YOUR TASKS To Perform a variety of Technical Support Work hands on at Sites and Customer Premises . To assist Dealer Engineers at site in Proper Installation & Commissioning of Equipments Identify Training Needs & accordingly to Train Dealers Field Engineers in Diagnosis of Fault and Proper Rectification Procedure Hands On Working on Machines to under Root Cause Analysis of Problems encountered Hands On Working on Equipments Installation & Commissioning Plan and Visit Customers on a Regular Intervals for understanding their Requirements / Problems encountered and to ensure proper resolution Capture Installation Bases at Site and communicate to Back end Team To assist Team with Proper Part Codes . Working Closely with Sales and Commercial Teams to ensure utmost level of Customer Satisfaction & winning Customer Relationship Travel time Pan India ( Approx 50 % -60% of the working time on a Monthly Basis ) Position Based at Delhi / Mumbai ABOUT YOU ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechnical Engineering. Knowledge of at least 5 years or more in Commercial Kitchen Equipments,Preferably Imported Equipments ) Adapted to Hands on Working on Equipments. Knowledge of Reading & Understanding of Electrical Circuit Diagram Fair Knowledge in Gas Based Equipments Fair Knowledge in Mechanical & Refrigeration Equipments Fluency in Hindi & English REQUIRED COMPETENCES Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external Trustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
