Job Description

The ideal candidate should be a DevOps/Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Azure preferable on Synapse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and deploying applications in a cloud environment, with a focus on Azure services and DevOps practices and well versed in software development processes, software architectures, build procedures and CI/CD You will Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation. Manage and maintain Azure services including Virtual Machines, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse, Azure Data lake and more(mandatory) Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for cost and performance. Ensure security best practices are followed and manage security tools and protocols. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and scaling. Collaborate with software development teams to ensure best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery. Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and processes. Your Skills Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including hands-on experience with a wide range of Azure services. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools. Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good if have experience with agile development methodologies.
