Top 3 Skills to be looked at is(From Client End) 1) Proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2 (Alteast 2-3 Databases) • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP, specifically with managed database services like AWS RDS, Azure SQL, and GCP Cloud SQL (Proficiency with Any 1 cloud). • Experience with data migration tools like Oracle Goldengate, AWS/GCP DMS, Azure DMA (Experience with atleast 1 cloud DMS Service)Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2 Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP, specifically with managed database services like AWS RDS, Azure SQL, and GCP Cloud SQL. (Roles & Responsibilities) Work closely with architects to analyze the end-to-end scenarios for Database Migration and DBA activities, gather requirements, and design the test cases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business and technical requirements • Perform data analysis and mapping to align data structures between source and target systems • Conduct data validation and testing to ensure quality and accuracy • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration • Optimize and tune data migration processes for performance and efficiency • Document data migration procedures and maintain data lineage records • Status Reporting and client liaison • Team Management • Estimation techniques
