Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for the overall building & Facilities maintenance Responsible for equipment maintenance ( Workstation, PLC control system, electrical system) Leading team of third-party technician (vendor) and give proper guidance. Develop and implements spare part identification & maintaining stock level. Follow Up required material purchasing with the Facility Executive. Manage day to day issue on equipments with the technician, BMS operator, MST and organize the work with them. Responsible to keep people working in safe environments. Provide immediate technical guidance to operation during critical event. Responsible for the Daily, weekly, monthly technical check as per PPM schedule. Attending time to time calls for corrective maintenance service and repair work. Co-ordinate with vendor for PPM & AMC. Daily checking UPS, Fire alarm, VESDA, NOVEC, WLD, Rodent, Sprinkler pressure. Daily resolve electrical, Civil and BMS related problems in field. Daily Power consumption observation & save as possible. Give the proper guidance to technician and BMS operator for work safety. Responsible on proper LOTO on electrical maintenance work. Take proper round on site and identify the snags and resolve the same as per TAT. Prepare the duty roster for all technical team and mark the attendance.
