A Technical Non-Voice Process role involves providing technical support and assistance to customers without the use of voice communication, typically via email, chat, or ticketing systems. The role requires a deep understanding of technology, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions in writing. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and technical issues via non-voice channels (email, chat, or web-based support). Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems, network issues, and technical challenges. Document issues, solutions, and responses in a detailed and clear manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, product managers) to resolve complex technical problems. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide further assistance if needed. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and systems to assist customers effectively.
