Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop hardware issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer hardware components such as CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage devices, etc. Conduct remote troubleshooting using various tools like TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering) to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions. Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for desktops/laptops. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10), Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical information clearly over the phone or through written correspondence.
