Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries. Document customer issues and requirements accurately. Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues. Onboard new customers smoothly. Gather customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement. Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations for customers and partners. Guide customers through the onboarding and training process. Schedule and follow up on client demos and training sessions. Manage the onboarding, training, and support of all resellers and distributors. Client Relations: Mediate between clients and the organization to resolve conflicts. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints effectively. Contribute to product design and development by providing valuable customer insights. Required Skills: Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology. Preferred Languages: English (Mandatory), Tamil, Hindi, Arabic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
