Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide troubleshooting, on-site service, and maintenance for CCTV and Access Control systems . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively via email. This role also involves coordinating with vendors to ensure timely support, repairs, and upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV and Access Control systems (hardware and software). Perform on-site service, installation, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Communicate effectively via email with customers, team members, and vendors to provide updates, technical guidance, and issue resolutions. Manage vendor relationships , including service requests, procurement of parts, and ensuring SLAs are met. Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in service logs and reports. Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams when needed. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in security and surveillance systems. Requirements: Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and Access Control systems. Strong knowledge of networking, security systems, and electronic access control solutions . Excellent email communication skills for professional and effective correspondence. Experience in vendor management, procurement, and SLA coordination . Ability to work independently and handle multiple service requests efficiently.
