Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Installation & Troubleshooting of Audio instore devices - Perform quality assurance tests on equipment, software, and content delivery systems to ensure adherence to company standards. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may affect service quality and provide immediate solutions. - Collaborate with the technical team to maintain and upgrade audio-visual systems as required. - Maintain accurate documentation of quality assessments, findings, and corrective actions. - Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management regarding field performance, issues, and improvements. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during field operations. - Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns related to service quality. - Field visits to client sites to monitor and evaluate the performance of audio-visual installations and services if any Required Skills and Qualifications: - Freshers in any field, +2 or 10th who can join immediately. - Being multilingual would be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure. - Strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and clients. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining quality standards.
