Role & responsibilities Job Description : Designation : Associate Technical support/ Service desk Location : Hyderabad Mode of work : Work from office Type : Full Time Two way cab provided Shifts : 24/7 shift, 5days working & 2days rotational off Salary : Freshers : 3lpa Experience : Upto 6lpa (depends on CTC) Preferred Candidate Profile: 1. The one who has experience in service desk domain would be an added advantage. 2. Should have basic technical skills like Troubleshooting, Service now, ITIL, Incident management, Active directory. 3.
