Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# programming, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer support. As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with technical issues, resolving software-related problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products. Responsibilities - Provide technical support to clients via various channels such as email, phone, and live chat. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to our C#-based software applications. - Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex technical problems. - Create and maintain detailed documentation on troubleshooting procedures and solutions. - Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software releases. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on customer feedback. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes Qualifications - Experience working in C# Development or in a similar role - Strong understanding of C# programming language and .NET framework. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Prior experience in customer support or technical support is a plus. - Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) is an advantage. - Should have knowledge of database (e.g. SQL,MySQL,Oracle).
