As a Technical Sales Specialist Bakery , you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving our growth in the Indian Subcontinent. you'll collaborate with our team and customers to solve challenges, explore new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that make a real impact. Key responsibilities Collaborate for Success: Work closely with key customers to provide technical support, ensuring successful trials and seamless integration of Corbion ingredients. Drive Strategy: Implement localized technical solutions aligned with global strategies to position Corbion as a leader in the bakery industry in India. Stay Ahead of Trends: Advocate for market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable opportunities. Be Hands-On: Travel to customer sites, labs, and our regional lab in Singapore to provide expert support and build strong relationships. Innovate and Inspire: Bring creative, localized insights to uncover gaps and drive growth opportunities. What we re looking for A minimum of 10 years of experience in production, operations, or technical services in the bakery or functional ingredients sector in India. A Bachelor s degree in Food Science or a related technical field. Excellent communication skills in English and other Indian languages. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive, independent mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time.
