Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/Linux operating systems and basic networking. Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript to assist with front-end application or website support. Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
