Job Summary:The Software Development Team Lead will guide EzeRx’s software development team in building and scaling impactful healthcare solutions. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of software development in web, mobile, and cloud platforms. You will oversee the development of robust applications and tools that support EzeRx’s innovative medical devices, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers to achieve technical excellence.Allocate tasks, set milestones, and monitor team progress to meet project timelines.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.2.Software DevelopmentDesign, develop, and oversee scalable software solutions integrated with EzeRx’s medical devices.Build and maintain applications using Python, Next.js, React.js, PHP, and Flutter for cross-platform development.Optimize applications for performance, security, and seamless user experience.3.CI/CD and Infrastructure ManagementManage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure efficient, automated deployments.Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and uptime.Utilize Linux environments for software deployment and management.4.Technical DocumentationCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, API specifications, and user guides.Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date for internal and external stakeholders.5.Project Planning & ExecutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Operations) to define technical requirements and align with business goals.Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.Implement Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban to optimize development workflows.6.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementEvaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and frameworks to drive innovation.Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in health tech, and apply them to EzeRx’s projects.Promote secure, efficient coding standards and best practices across the team. Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software development and at least 2+ years in a leadership role.Technical SkillsExpertise in Python, Next.js, React.js, PHP, and Flutter for app development.Proficient in AWS cloud services and managing Linux environments.Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).Soft SkillsExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Passion for innovation and a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes. .
