Technical Trainer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Train electricians and supervisors on diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related Operation. Provide hands-on training for electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting. Teach proper escalation procedures for unresolved issues to internal technical teams. Monitor trainees' progress and ensure they can handle independently after training. Develop and deliver technical training materials, manuals, and reports. Provide basic operation and maintenance training for Electrician and Supervisor. Preferred candidate profile Good understanding of: - Basic electric and electronics Knowledge of mechanical and electrical tools. Familiarity with PLC, HMI and automation system. Ability to provide basic operation and maintenance training to operation team. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Good presentation and documentation skills.
