We are seeking a content writer with strong writing and communication skills who can create compelling, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt their writing style to different audiences and industries. Roles and Responsibilities The Technical Writer will create clear and concise documentation, including Business Requirement Documents, user manuals, and data dashboards. This role requires translating complex information into accessible content for diverse audiences. Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation for products, services, and processes, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user guides, and technical specifications document. Work closely with IT, development, and project teams to gather and interpret complex technical information. Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and ensure documentation meets those needs. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to obtain in-depth knowledge of the systems and processes. Create visual aids like diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots to enhance understanding of technical concepts. Proofread and edit documentation for grammar, consistency, and accuracy. Ensure all documentation is compliant with company branding and style guides. Anticipate and proactively address challenges individually and for the team. Write high-quality technical content that effectively communicates complex information precisely, concisely, and without jargon Technical Competency Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distill technical jargon into user-friendly language. Experience in documenting technical and data-focused products. Proficiency in creating documentation for tools like dashboards, data pipelines, or data visualization platforms. Functional Competency Minimum 3-4 years of experience in technical writing. Proven track record of producing high-quality documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
