A versatile technical writer to join a small yet mighty team of product enthusiasts who are on a mission to make enterprises digital. We need you to help create content while working closely with the product owner. Liaise with the development, testing, sales, pre-sales, marketing, and support teams to understand the product features, customer pain points, and use cases. You need to articulate your understanding. It is a dream opportunity for enthusiasts who empathize with the end users and love to express their ideas in no-jargons simple English. Proactively learn the product features Liaise with the Development, Test teams, Product Owner to acquire understanding of the product Creating, authoring, publishing high quality technical documentation (e.g. user manuals, getting started guides, how to guides, installation manuals etc.) about the product Provide well structured, detailed, descriptive technical documentation for product features Maintain the repository of all the created artifacts Own, and drive the documentation review, approval, and publishing process Deliver as per the plan and timelines aligned with the product owner
