Excellent communication skills (fluent in written and spoken English). Expertise in Microsoft Office with emphasis in MS Word. Experience with a variety of publishing formats: Web Help, Word, PDF, & Wiki. Portfolio that includes examples of one or more of the following: -Document Development Technical Editing -Technical Writing Online Help -Style Guides Information Architecture -White papers Training materials -User manuals Skills Required: Clipchamp Madcap Flare Microsoft Publisher Adobe RoboHelp Windows Server Experience Adobe Frame Maker SnagIt and Adobe Captivate Effectivecommunication, Team Work, Team Handling, Adaptability, Flexibility, Leadership, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity.
