Job Description: Position : Technical Writer Location : Hyderabad Salary : 9LPA Notice period : Immediate to 15 days Experience :3 - 7Years Band : B1 Note : Excellent Communications and should look Presentable. Responsibilities : Utilize Confluence and other documentation development tools to create and maintain over 2,500 pages of editor-facing documentation. Develop new content while ensuring existing documentation is kept up to date. Interface with product managers, software engineers, and service delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of knowledge assets. Review documentation and provide constructive feedback to peers. Make recommendations and gather team consensus to move projects forward. Qualifications : 3-4 years of experience authoring high-quality and detailed technical documents. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Strong experience in developing and optimizing knowledge content. Ability to simplify complex ideas, strategies, and operational models for easy understanding. Experience with Confluence or Keynote. A keen interest in maps is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a focus on execution and delivery. Passion for delivering projects and communications on time with the highest quality. Team-oriented, thriving in highly collaborative environments.
