Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics-manufacturing environment. Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to understand the soldering requirements for each project. Perform precision soldering tasks on electronic components and assemblies and performs various types of soldering including surface mount (SOIC, BGA), thru-hole, and hand-soldering and product Harness according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect finished products to identify any soldering defects or quality issues, and assess if rework or repairs are needed. Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and resolve any soldering-related issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Operate and maintain soldering equipment ensuring they are in proper working condition. Maintain and update documentation related to soldering processes, including quality control records, inspection reports, and material usage logs Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback on soldering processes. Qualification: - ITI/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical or equivalent; technical certification in soldering or electronics is preferred. Essential Skill: Proficiency in various soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount soldering. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to soldering.
