Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for attending the complaints/ any support-related work. 2. In case he is not able to resolve the issues, he must contact his Reporting Engineer for any help/ suggestion required. 3. Should be always equipped with all the required tools. 4. Updating his activities/ actions in the morning and at the end of the day to his Reporting Engineer by call/ SMS/ email. 5. Updating all the information received from the client to the Reporting Engineer and support coordinator. 6. Providing necessary information like contact details of customers, wiring diagram of respective location, etc. to his Reporting Engineer. 7. Responsible for getting the Service Call Report signed by the customer for closing the call.
