RequirementsJob Description: Technician Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh Experience: 3-5 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technician to join our team at our Nalagarh-based tractor manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work within the automotive, farm equipment, or heavy machinery sector. This role requires working in rotational shifts to ensure seamless plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tractor components and machinery. Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment to minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Work closely with engineers and supervisors to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and parts inventory. Conduct quality checks to ensure machinery meets industry standards. Assist in new equipment installation and commissioning. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering (or relevant trade). 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a tractor or farm equipment manufacturing unit. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
