Job Description

Assembling different electronic components like IC;s, FPGA, BGA, SMD devices using hand tools and soldering irons, SMD workstation Testing modules/ PCB products and parts using measuring tools and software to ensure they meet pre-defined specifications. Identifying and rectifying product defects and assembly problems, replacing faulty components when necessary. Following clean room procedures and safety protocols to handle sensitive electronic components without damage. Collaborating with other team members to optimize production processes and improve the quality of the final products. Populate or modify/replace components on printed circuit board assemblies. Preparing reports documenting the assembly process and any issues encountered along the way.
